This page will be dedicated to Human Powered Vehicles (HPVs). I've been an active bicycle rider since age 5 and have done several Century rides as well as 1000mile week plus long rides where the daily average was approximately 85miles (both with and without sag vehicle). In 1990 I became really interested in HPVs (recumbents) and subscribed to HPV News for a few years. This interest introduced me to Gardner Martin and his Easy Racers company when I was searching for some Moulton wheels. In 1993 I got a chance to attend the IHPVA races in Eureka, CA.
